Glen Park Alpacas - Breeding for a Fine Future

Welcome to Glen Park Alpacas

Glen Park Alpaca Stud, seven kilometres south of Yea in Central Victoria is a property of 22 hectares (50 acres) featuring two very large dams providing ample water for stock and a considerable newly established native garden. Large red gum trees on a slightly sloping terrain falling away from a range of hills, provides excellent run off to the dams. Look for the ingenious swales connecting the dams to provide a flow on, maximizing the storage of all rainfall.

We conduct our business with the utmost respect for our animals and aim to gain maximum breeding  advantages through a contented non stressed environment.
Farm layout has been meticulously planned using CAD technology.
Paddock layouts, connecting laneways, stock watering systems and barn design have been incorporated to provide easy stress free stock movement and flexible paddock rotation.
Pastures are in the main are native grasses providing very good nutritional value all year round.

We commenced with white only and we now have a number of light fawn, greys and browns. All colours provide thier own individual challenges to produce top class animals. We are fascinated with the challenge of improving our herd utilising
objective breeding statistics and subjective decisons based on selective herd sire choices.
We hope you can visit our farm and experience the wonder of Alpacas.

Glen Park Alpacas is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
